AZ-CMS _{(AZ Content Management System)}

AZ Content Management System is an all-in-one system that works as the backbone of all  AZ extensible Ecosystems as a service (AZ-xEaaS), including ERP and its sub-systems, the following are main and important features and traits you (as a specific user level) can enjoy:

1. Site Admin
• Can control the entire organizational assets including each website an organization has.
• Can set a list of worflows and their tasks, in-order for the employees to follow certain organizaional plan.
• Can control the permissions of all user groups and levels, including sub-organizational assets, leveraging the concept of nested multi-tenancy.
• Can monitor the organizational resources and employees' activities.
• Can do all what the lower level of users can do.
2. Editor
• Can control the quality of contents and assets.
• Decide to edit, update, delete, publish or unpublish any asset has given permissions for, from the higher level of the users (i.e. Site Admins).
• Can decide to make a page private for certain targeted (visitors, certain user groups or to the public visitors), by setting a password, choosing certain group of users or both/either privacy sepcifications.
• Can review the submissions of the forms that has been created in pages they can edit.
• Can do all what the lower level of users can do.
3. Author
• Can create certain page types under certain page.
• Can upload files to the digital assets of the organization and their own individual storage buckets (collections).
• Can decide to make a page private for certain targeted (visitors, certain user groups or to the public visitors), by setting a password, choosing certain group of users or both/either privacy sepcifications.
4. Certain Group

Members of a certain group can have certain fine-tuned permissions over certain asset(s) and action(s), following are some use cases where a site admin decides to have such groups:

• Imagen an organization has a website with a specific public page they don't want all visitors see its contents and they want the user to be registered (as member of that organization), a certain group can be created and given the permission to be able to see the contents of that page (examples of such page: a special offer to a client, an updated page for the investors to know the progress of the business, a toturial that the teachers want to share its contents only with their students or ...etc.).
• A certain group of users for specific resource management, for example (submissions of the forms, email campagins, customer relationship management or ...etc.).
• A set of groups for temporary purposes, for example (events, campagins, pools, survays ...etc.)

Components of AZ-CMS can be listed as following:

1. Site-Settings

This is complete application that sits in between all requests from visitors to the certain website, and has simple categorised interface with tabs, as shown in following list with their sub-features (settings):

2. Files Explorer

The drag-and-drop digital asset management system supports all secure file types, including 3D object files. Its user-friendly interface makes it simple for users to edit, delete, or view files, as long as they have the proper permissions for those actions.

3. Pages Explorer

The page tree of CMS, where the organization manages page creation/edition and control the publication of those pages either privately or publicly. Each page type is specified for certain purpose, the most used type is the standard page, but the most advanced page type if listing page and its details(item) page child types, ideal for POS, EMS, LMS, Forums, Blogs...ets.
Pages in general have the following features:

• Nested: Where pages have children pages organized and controlled hyrarically.
• Revisions (page versions): each time a page is saved, a new revision (version) is created, to make the auditing easy as well as restoring a certain version for any reasons.
• Copying: Pages can be copied as alias or completely new copy, copied page can have the same revisions (copied or as aliases) or the last revision only.
• Quick Editing: Buttons to quickly edit a certain part of the page in just simple steps.
• Advanced Editing: Complete editing enterface wher editor and authors can modify/create contents and control parts and sections of the page.
• Built-in SEO Management System: Simple interface to manage SEO while in the advanced edit mode.
• Automated Publication schedulling: An author/editor can decide when a page can be auto published or/and unpublished.
• Advanced 2D Page-Builder: A drag-drop interface to control any part of the page completely and easily, with the capability of using JSON DATA structure to use in other applications including the AI agents and where you can depend on AI to build pages and its contents for you. • Advanced 3D Page-Builder: A drag&drop 3D interface to build any part of the page in 3D for VR, AR and XR modes, completely and easily.
• Privacy Policy: Making a page private for certain user types and/or by password.
• in-Page multi-forms: Multiple forms can be created in a single page, each form for specific purposes and with specific characterstics and ID.
4. From Submissions
• Each form has its own submistions listed.
• Each form can have a list of subscribers (to get notification in Email when any new submission comes to that certain form)
• Submissions can be exported as Xlsx, or CSV.
• Submissions list can be filtered by page id or form id.
• Submision date and time recorded.
• Submitter identy is recorded if the user is authenticated (logged in), otherwise submitter is recorded as "visitor".
• If Submission has a contacting method field like "Email", a reply button appears for the admins to directly reply to that submitter, opening a case ticket in AZ-CRM automatically
5. Workflow and tasks

A greate set of utilities for organizations want to prevent any mistakes by their employees.

• Each website admin can set a set of workflows for the page branches, to control how the pages should be created by the authors, and submitted for review by the editor, and how a page tree branch can be published.
• The control can be done by setting the tasks (with specific conditions) for each workflow.

It is our latest development effort, we have made it easy for Page authors and editors to build immersive pages out of box, ready for AR and VR users, making it possible for any site to serve 3D contents in both VR and desktop modes seamlessly, which comes with the following main features:

AZ-POS

A complementary system to the AZ-CMS making it possible to have an advanced E-Commerce ecosystem, the following are some of the main features and characteristics:

1. Each item is a normal Page of AZ-CMS (all features that AZ-CMS has AZ-POS has as well) with some extra features specifically useful for an item that can be purchased online.
2. Adding items to purchasing cart.
3. Increasing/Decreasing the quantity of each item in the cart, while inside cart modal.
4. Auto calculated item prices and totals in the cart modal.
5. Users can review the cart and compare the prices and total prices before deciding to actually purchase and pay.
6. Filtering the list of items is easy out of the box.
7. Multi-layer multi-tenancy capabilities enabled (each site can have multiple nested subsites that also has the listings of items following the higher-level site's restrictions and capabilities, which makes it ideal for reselling and branching purposes).

AZ-Wallet 

An internal wallet, accessible to all registered users who have completed E-KYC checks, can be used to store valuable items such as digital currencies representing real money and digital assets, including XR objects, its main features can be found in following:

1. Active users can scan QR codes or enter Wallet IDs of other users and transfer the available amounts for transferring.
2. Users can have any number of shared Wallet sub-accounts with the same other users, based on specific settings when the shared wallets are created, for example the percentage of each user in the specific shared account.
3. Organization wallet accounts are a unique type of shared account where the specified shareholders and their percentages are assigned in the shared wallet settings during the wallet's creation.
4. Transactions can be established using shared accounts or personal accounts, in case the performer has at least one shared account with other user(s).
5. Transaction history is a built-in feature, unlike many other fintech providers that often require users to pay to access their transaction records.

Note: this internal wallet can become a fully licensed and branded payment method or payment gateway by any legit organization that passes KYB checks and agreed to T&C of AZ-Wallet as a Service.
